The percentage of australium drops has never been revealed officially, but it's pretty low. There's no way to get a better drop rate. They're randomized. That's like asking where's the best place to buy a lotto ticket. There was a great video by someone on this topic, lemme see if I can find it.
personally, I love that force a nature. Though the GL I find to be something of an eyesore. best: scattergun, blutsauger, eyelander, sniper, smg, knife, amby, grenade (scatter being #1) worst: the rest, get strange festives (minigun and sticky are probably the worst) Best: Scattergun and sniper rifle.

Really, the Community Market Tour is the best one. i played two cities once, didnt even complete the tour and i got a australium black box my first time.
