As others have said Takumi Sen is a good 5-10k shoe. If you want a non-plated shoe Nike streakfly or brooks Hyperion tempo is worth a look. Both are very light (190-200 grams for size EU42,5), responsive and relatively flat. Streakfly is a lot softer than Hyperion tempo, but so personally prefer the Hyperion as I bottom out in the streakfly.
