Boogleheads. As seem like a well balanced but simple portfolio. You can look into any of the big name brokerage house; vanguard, Fidelity or Schwab. I think for simple risk management Boglehead portfolio, they charge 0.25 -0.3 fees. Many do manage on their own, but as many grow older may need someone to do yearly balancing.

Since the "average duration" of BND is approximately 7 years, investing in BND today is like accepting a 7 year CD with a yield of 4.53%, but with the caveat that you may not get all your principal back.
