Food was meh. Think Chipotle having a bad day. Service was nonexistent. I was asked for a tip, yet was required to pickup my food like any other fast food. While ordering, and after vocalizing it was my first time at a Capital Tacos, asking what are some popular items, I was met with a mumble and no answers.
