Dasher in app navigation not working

Every time I accept an order it will act like I'm logged out. I have to basically wait 10 minutes or so just to get customer address. Happened to me tonight as well. I have tried resetting phone, Samsung 20, tried installing older versions, uninstalling app, clearing cache.
