That's what guys with fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers care about. Wheel well height, not so much. When the 2017's were coming out there were lots of concerns about trucks fitting in residential garages with standard height garage doors.The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.

I bumped up the stock gearing from 3.73 to 4.30's. Made a big difference off the line and up hills. I pull a 7-8k lb boat loaded. That was with the 6.0 of course and it pulled like a raped ape when it wasn't blown up. Dan's baby.

37s vs 35s. I have a 2016 F-250 with a Carli 2.5 leveling kit on 37/12.50/20 on stock lariat rims. I am starting to tow more often and how like a little more mpg back and power in 6th gear. I am thinking about downsizing to a 295/65/20. My OEM tires were 57lbs a piece.
