In the Phantom Liberty gig "Waiting for Dodger" (the one where you rescue 2 idiotic cops from inside a base) i came upon this peculiar box in the last room of the gig, just before the garage. It had a glowing yellow symbol but didn't register when scanned and I couldn't interact with it at all.

So right after i fix the box to open the door to the garage I lose all use of EVERYTHING. No weapons, no hacks, NOTHING. ZERO. This NEVER happened on any other character.Dodgers.
