I got 145 questions on nclex

I took my NCLEX on Monday and finished at 145 questions which is the max right now. I felt like I completely failed the test and walked out thinking about how I was supposed to tell my family and job. I started researching and ended up finding out about the Pearson vue trick. I tried that and got the good pop up but still didn't really ...

I got 145 questions on nclex. Took the entire 145 questions, paid for the quick results and saw the ugliest word I’ve ever seen…. “Fail.”. I got my CPR today and every section says “Near The Passing Standard.”. This time around I’m using UWorld and Mark K. Does anyone have any recommendations on what you feel helped you to pass the NCLEX-RN? I’m feeling ...

The week before my boards I got sick and I could't really study so I just did a few questions a day from Princeton Review (retired questions from previous NCLEX). They had a 30 day free trial going on and I was able to access these questions a week before my board and I maybe did about 10 sections total, the few sections I did really help put ...

I passed on the first attempt with 145 questions. If you continue to use Uworld, I highly recommend studying and reviewing the materials you are not scoring the best in. I also heavily studied the rationales, took notes on topics I got wrong, and disciplined myself to take 75-100 questions daily (splitting them throughout my day). In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesn’t mean you necessarily passed either. Though most students, as I said already, will pass the NCLEX. So I took my NCLEX Thursday at 1pm. I was the unfortunate person who got all 145 questions. I was honestly in disbelief and when I got to question 130 I knew I was taking the entire exam. I am an A student with occasional Bs here and there. How I studied: I started studying around 3 weeks before my exam.Passed in 145 questions. Took the exam on 06/16 and payed for the quick results today. I tried the PVT after the exam and got the bad pop up. I’ve been upset at myself for the past couple days because I thought I failed, but as it turns out I passed. Not gonna lie, I started crying after I saw the unofficial results. These questions are not rated higher than other question formats such as multiple choice, drag and drop, true/false. Not liking the format doesn't make it a higher level of questioning. I can make a very simple, basic (and therefore not an Above Passing question) using SATA. Means nothing. Having 265 questions isn't good or bad or anything at all.The mark klemik lectures will give you skills/tools on how to answer questions better for uworld so you practice them before you take the nclex. On uworld I only did 50% of the question bank. Make sure you use tutor mode so you can read rationales after you answer the question. My average test score on uworld was 53% but scores aren't the most ...

Bad Popup. PASSED. Took the NCLEX today. Finished in 75 questions. I felt absolutely horrible ending that exam, but also still had a glimmer of hope considering I got the minimum amount of questions. I stupidly didn’t count how many SATAs that I got, but I know I got a decent amount. I was so nervous the entire time that I couldn’t really ...There are some schools of thought regarding the last question on the NCLEX. Some people will say that getting an easy last question is not a good sign you passed the NCLEX. Those people would say it’s actually a bad sign you failed the NCLEX. The reason for this is based on the way the NCLEX is scored. (Check the linked article for more ...As many others who have taken the NGN have mentioned, NCLEX questions are extremely vague in comparison to some study materials out there, particularly UWorld. Speaking of UWorld, I used about 70% of the QBank with varying practice test scores between 40-70%.Got personal finance questions? Got some info you're dying to share? Well with the diaper weight- I think u have to weigh the diaper soaked with urine and record it, then weigh a new diaper without urine n then subtract both. I took my nclex yesterday and still patiently waiting on results. The thing that scared me the most leaving the exam centre was that I didn’t get a lot of SATA, only about 15 max and they were spread out throughout my exam. The rest were standard multiple choice with some exhibit questions. My exam had a lot of cancer/palliative care ...There are some schools of thought regarding the last question on the NCLEX. I am a pretty slow tester, which can be good, but I do get into my head. Most of my friends finished the test in 75 questions and passed. It was definitely a let down to not finish at the minimum, or even close. During nursing school, I was an average B student, even ...

The 1# type of question you should get overall is priority type. Also alot of nclex questions have to do with safety so many questions you can eliminate choices when thinking in a safety mindset. I shall spend more time going over my notes for those areas then. And good tip on the elimination process!Posted by u/Purplefairy111421 - 6 votes and 5 commentsThe NCLEX is still a pass-or-fail exam. It uses computer adaptive testing (CAT) questions, which means the questions you see adapt based on your previous responses. There is a minimum of 75 and a maximum of 145 questions on the exam. NCLEX scoring has changed from dichotomous to polytomous scoring for certain item types.I did it many times and got the good pop up each time. I checked by BON website the next morning at 7am and had a check mark by the NCLEX task. About an hour later, I had a license number. So, all that being said, trust yourself, study hard, and go in thinking you're going to get all 145 questions.
