Jan 9, 2020 · I purchased the Webroot software product for $20 for the first year. I was trying to install it last year and it directed me to the Windows store. The Webroot software product was not there. I am disappointed because the Best Buy people should know that the product cannot be installed on Windows 10 in S mode.
