I applied to Jane street about a month ago, have gone through 3 phone interviews, and am invited to the on-site interview stage. They are super quick in terms of responding, usually around 24 hours. The reason that it took me a month to reach the final stage was I was travelling around Europe during this time. Any advice is appreciated!!
