Therapist (Current Employee) - California - May 15, 2022. I've enjoyed being a contractor for Path, but man, the compensation rates are LOW for California. As a 1099 I feel it's unacceptable to only be paying $70/session in such a HCOL area. I like that I can decide how many clients I want, the hours, the types of clients, etc.
