This one is a sickfic and this one is about a permanant disability. The second one has a little bit of smut but I think is more of what you want while the first is more on the hurt/comfort sickfic side. I love these kinds of fics but never seem to find any to read myself so I'm really looking forward to reading some of the recs here!
