My main species, being intelligent and traditional, love working as mortal initiates (making society research and unity), and refuse the slaves to be sacrificed.

As soon as i can i activate the death cult thing and get giant bonuses which are great, but when i need to colonize more planets i need other aliens, still don't know how to maintain them in specific planets as i try to make my capitol strong. I've been playing with it and it doesn't really seem worth it to me. All you are doing is sacrificing pops for some percentage boosts. Maybe it is worth it for large empires? you can get pop growth speed multipliers so I'd imagine if it more for empires who have heaps of planets. The death priest job is broken, actual sacrifice is pretty weak.
